Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude shipping fees. Final payments are processed in IDR.
Please note: SALE ITEMS are FINAL — no returns or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and usually shipped within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs depend on your location and package size. Delivery times may vary since we work with third-party couriers. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.

Heads Up

We highly recommend recording a video when opening your package. If there’s any issue like missing or damaged items, contact us immediately after receiving your order.
Once the package is with the courier, PILLSPOPS isn’t responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery.

Orders & Payment

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, QRIS, e-wallets, virtual accounts, and bank transfers.

Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel your order before it’s packed or shipped. Once processed, orders are final.
Exchanges are only available for defective items and must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes (for international orders) are not covered by PILLSPOPS.
